Zanet Godnic Bakos is a self-taught painter living and working in Serbia. She grew up by the Tisa River, where her close relationship with nature began and continues to shape her work. In her artistic practice, she primarily works with watercolor and acrylic, while also experimenting with charcoal. Her artworks are characterized by a semi-abstract approach, oscillating on the boundary between realism and abstraction. She enjoys working with wet techniques, yet at times feels the need to paint in a more solid manner, using thicker layers of paint. Her focus lies in expressing inner moods, emotions, and lived experiences through images. She has participated in several group exhibitions and has held three solo exhibitions. She is a member of the STREAMLET Art Collective and a co-organizer of the Gaia’s Garden Art Residency, held in 2024 and 2025, with a third edition planned for 2026. Her works have appeared in local media and in the international watercolor magazine Art of Watercolour. Haiku verseim Ezek a háromsoros haikuk pillanatnyi benyomásokból születnek: egy festmény hangulatából, egy érzés csendes rezdüléséből. Kevés szóval próbálják megragadni azt, ami sokszor kimondhatatlan – egyszerűek és összetettek egyszerre, ahogy az érzések is.
